Judy Kirkpatrick is a life long resident of Hawkins County. She was elected to role in 2002, after serving equally deputy register for the past 24 years. She is the daughter of Gale and Minnie Carpenter of Rogersville and is married to Craig Kirkpatrick. Judy has i son, Scott Stewart, a Hawkins County Sheriff's Deputy.
Judy is a member of Kickoff Baptist Church building of Rogersville where she previously worked as the Missions Friends Leader and worked in the Children'southward Department. She is also a fellow member of Tennessee Register of Deeds Clan, East Tennessee Register of Deeds Clan, and COAT.
